Hello, I’m Saher.
When your device needs repair, you should know who is taking care of it. I’m Saher Ossi, owner of APPELO Phone in Bad Salzuflen.
My experience in the communications field goes back to 2001. Every smartphone repair starts with listening and a careful inspection: what is not working, when did the issue begin, and which solution makes sense?
Before I begin, I explain the options, the price and the estimated time. I only start the repair after you agree. For complex faults, I explain honestly what can be assessed after inspection.
